Being StressWise for Students teaches skills for life.

Students will learn skills to:
- Release feelings such as anger, fear, anxiety and panic attacks in a gentle and simplistic way.
- Take responsibiltiy for themselves, their education and behaviour.
- Set boundaries for themselves.
- Develop a more positive attitude about themselves, their education and life.
